JW Roth is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of VENU, which he launched in 2017 out of a passion for music and a belief that it is the ultimate uniter. With more than 40 years of entrepreneurship and building successful companies, Roth took VENU public in 2024 on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol VENU – fulfilling his vision of creating a fan-owned company, founded by a fan himself.

Beyond the entertainment industry, Roth also serves as Founder and Chairman of Roth Industries, LLC, a 200 – 400 ton-per-week prepared foods plant in Colorado Springs, Colorado, which manages one of the world’s most popular health brands, Whole30.
