Coming in 2024, VENU plans to bring The Sunset, a state-of-the-art music amphitheater, to Colorado Springs. VENU also has plans with the City of Murfreesboro, TN for a campus combining an amphitheater with our Boot Barn Hall and Bourbon Brothers Steakhouse & Tavern concepts. Additional venues coming in Georgia and Texas. This new live music company serves “entertainment deserts,” as we believe the demand for premium entertainment experiences will only continue to rise in markets throughout the country.

The company owns and operates the Award Winning, 5 Star Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern as well as Boot Barn Hall – the State-of-the-Art music and event center located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. THE SUNSET AMPHITEATHER
Coming Soon: an 8,000 person state of the art open-air amphitheater in Colorado Springs called The Sunset. Backed with $40 million in financing and due to open in late 2023, The Sunset will host the largest touring acts in the country in style and comfort on the same campus as the company’s current mid-sized music venue Boot Barn Hall.
BOURBON BROTHERS
In an environment that runs deep with comfort and hospitality, we serve expertly crafted American classics and Southern staples out of a scratch kitchen accompanied by a selection of over 130 rare bourbons, ryes, and whiskies, as well as local craft beers. Our restaurant is built to feel like you are gathered around the family table with the ability to retire to our richly designed Bourbon Room for an evening of hand–crafted cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and business networking. Bourbon Brothers has the capacity to serve up to 300 people.
BOOT BARN HALL
Boot Barn Hall is our 1,400-person music and event venue. We’re home to weddings, corporate events, and over 100 roaring concerts a year featuring old-school Classic Rock to ’90s and today’s Country with all the names you love! Boot Barn Hall provides a rustic-chic atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else on earth! EXPANSION
Our strategic plan is to expand the combined footprint of our music venues and restaurants into 10 new markets over the next five years. Management is targeting expansion locations using a strategic and disciplined set of criteria that will provide a solid foundation for success. The key elements include population density, traffic count, positioning between major markets, existing boutique venue competition, and accessible tax incentives. VENU will plan to lease facilities built to our specifications and invest $2.5 million in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment as well as allocate $500,000 in pre-opening expenses.Â
