Immediately adjacent to Roth’s Seafood and Chophouse, our newest 5-star restaurant at the Sunset Amphitheater in Colorado Springs, we have plans to construct 40 Luxury firepit suites, which will accommodate up to 8 ticketed guests during all live music events at the Sunset Amphitheater. 

These suites offer a perfect location to enjoy the 50+ annual concerts that will be held each season in the Amphitheater, and each suite is offered for use via a long-term lease agreement.  Premium Food and beverage service from Roth’s Seafood and Chophouse will be available to these suites during ticketed events (at Licensee’s expense).

Leasing a suite entitles you to the first right of refusal to purchase tickets at a rate of $25 per show. You may purchase one or two, or all eight. If you elect to not use your suite, the tickets may be sold at a profit or given to friends, colleagues, or family. Additionally, one VIP parking suite is included per suite leased.
