When do rents start on a Sale Leaseback (NNN) Agreement?
Rents are paid by the 10th of each month. The first payment is made in the month after investment. The first rent payment includes prorated rent from the investment date to the end of the month, plus a full month’s rent.
Are there any annual fees or other costs associated with my investment?
There are never any additional fees or costs beyond the initial investment amount.
Can I finance the purchase price of my FireSuite?
Yes, there is financing available for the purchase of a FireSuite on a 20-year term with a 25% down payment on the total investment cost.
If I lease my suite back to VENU, is there still a way for me to occasionally attend performances by my favorite artists in my suite?
Yes, under VENU’s Leaseback agreement structure, you, as a suite investor, have the right to buy tickets in your own FireSuite (subject to notification periods) at face ticket value cost.
Is there a way for me to sell my suite if I need liquidity on my investment capital in the future?
Yes, you can always sell your suite at the market value. Additionally, VENU guarantees to buy your suite back at years 5, 10, and 15 (with significant appreciation), should you choose to have us do so.
