SUNSET AT MCKINNEY AMPHITHEATER
The Sunset at McKinney, will be a state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater located at the northeast corner of 75 and 121. It will provide north Dallas and the surrounding area with a luxury, open air 20,000 seat venue for A-list artists and Grammy award winning national touring acts – scheduled to open mid 2026.
The venue holds a capacity of 20,000 concert goers comprised of 295 Luxe FireSuites and this exclusive Aikman Club for 350 members. The venue also includes general admission and stadium style seating. Sunset at McKinney will be the most luxurious and hospitality focused music venue in the Dallas market.
SUNSET AT EL PASO AMPHITHEATER
The Sunset Amphitheater in El Paso will be a state-of-the-art outdoor music venue located just 10 miles northeast of El Paso, TX. It will provide El Paso and the surrounding region with a luxury, open-air destination for A-list artists and Grammy Award-winning national touring acts—scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The venue will welcome up to 12,500 concertgoers and feature 228 Luxe FireSuites and 156 memberships to the exclusive Aikman Club. With a mix of general admission and stadium-style seating, Sunset Amphitheater in El Paso will stand as the region’s most luxurious and fan-focused live music venue.
