WHAT TO EXPECT
AT MUSTANG CREEK
VENU, an established live entertainment and hospitality company is building a new 12,500 maximum capacity open-air amphitheater named The Sunset. Located in the retail and commercial development known as Mustang Creek Crossing and is nestled just off John Kilpatrick Turnpike and I-40.
The Sunset and its infrastructure will sit on 51 acres of land between John Kilpatrick Turnpike and I-40 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. VENU estimates the cost of the privately financed amphitheater at $90 million including the value of the land.
The amphitheater would offer reserved seating, a landscaped grass berm, luxury firepit suites, and premium hospitality offerings to experience shows in a world-class environment. It would host approximately 60 premiere, national touring acts/concerts per year in style and comfort during peak touring season, which is typically from April – October, with the potential of other smaller events (community gatherings, corporate, etc.) on other days throughout the year.
