Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern GA will serve expertly crafted, American classics and Southern staples out of a scratch kitchen accompanied by a selection of over 130 rare bourbons, ryes, and whiskies and local craft beers. The ambiance of the Restaurant will replicate that of a 1930 red brick era industrial building with seating comfortably spaced around a square bar anchoring the center of the first floor. Bourbon Brothers will have the ability to serve up to 300 customers at any one time across its first-floor bar, primary dining areas, second floor bourbon bar, and adjoining 1,500 square foot rooftop bar and lounge. As the concept was conceived to match the era and construction of the Gainesville Square, these distinctly different dining arrangements offer a unique dining experience in an unparalleled setting. The second floor Bourbon Bar will be floor to ceiling glass looking across the rooftop bar towards the center of the city square.
